Tracy is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive VUMC’s external relationships and overall growth plans. The teams’ primary goal is to define, execute, and support opportunities to enhance care continuity through VUMC, while partnering with external organizations and internal operational and clinical leaders.  As an example, VUMC’s Community Connect team is a part of External Services. 

Prior to joining VUMC in 2021, Tracy served in various lead consulting roles in healthcare, ranging from building PMO teams to large scale implementations to merger and acquisitions.  Beginning in 2019, Tracy led VUMC’s first hospital acquisition (VWCH) and proceeded to provide leadership for two additional acquisitions (VTHH and VBCH). 

A native of Ohio, Tracy holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati.
